Handing is an innovative institutional communication and parental involvement platform that connects schools and families like never before.

Our innovative configuration, combined with bi-directional messaging, online participation, and a user-friendly and intuitive interface, ensures that communication, coordination, and collaboration processes among all members of an educational community are much more streamlined, efficient, and effective compared to traditional school communication methods (such as websites, emails, communication notebooks, newsletters, blogs, photocopies, virtual classrooms, SMS, and academic management systems).

Who uses Handing?
All adults (educators and parents) who are part of an educational community use Handing to communicate with each other daily, stay informed, connected, and more organized. Teachers and students use Handing to share information, resources, and conversations of common interest inside and outside the classroom.

What actions can I take on Handing?
Schools (administrators-teachers-non-teaching staff) and families (parents-students) can produce, send, receive, and manage all the information they usually share from a single place. This includes information that is typically shared through communication notebooks, printed notes, institutional websites, emails, phone calls, chats, and virtual classrooms. Handing allows each member of the community to distribute news, announcements, alerts, share documents, images, videos, links. They can request and receive documents online as well as coordinate and organize events,assign tasks and converse in real time.

Is the information private and secure?
Always! Communications on Handing are accessible only to those who belong to a community and have appropriate permissions. In terms of privacy levels, information within a community can be public if it is shared with an entire educational level; semi-public if the message is exchanged only among members of a specific group; and private if the conversation is one-on-one. On Handing, no publication is deleted, and all have the date, time, and person who posted it.

Will communication with our families improve?
Definitely! Handing was specifically designed to simplify and improve the school-family communication process, making the task easier for institutional staff and including parents in their children's school life in a simple, agile, and intuitive way. On Handing, each parent receives only the important information they need and that involves their children, in an organized, secure, timely manner. Additionally, to help them stay organized, Handing functions as a virtual assistant that keeps the entire community "on the same page" through notifications and reminders.

Will communication with our children's schools improve?
Absolutely! Handing was created by parents for parents who love their children, care about their education, and want the best for them. It was also designed for educational institutions that believe teamwork and good communication between schools and families are key factors for the academic and personal development of our children and young people. Therefore, collaborative and smooth communication between the school institution and the family institution is an everyday activity that is practiced and enhanced through the use of a tool that was developed with active listening logic, individual responsibility, participation, commitment, positive relationship building, trust, organization, and teamwork in mind.
